About Course



With yoga gaining popularity across the world there is a great dearth of trained yoga instructors. Keeping this in mind, Swasthya kalyan Institute of Naturopathy and yoga sciences offers courses, which have been designed to impart technical aspects of yoga along with its philosophical and psychological background. Our courses will enable the students to grasp necessary knowledge to provide holistic treatment using yoga as a complementary therapy.

The course is planned in such a way that students are exposed to various aspects of both ancient and modern health science and trained to develop a broad concept of fundamental principles on which Naturopathy and Yogic Science treatment is provided. The students are given practical sessions to understand the application of principles from the physical, biological, social and behavioural sciences for assessing health status. Students are encouraged to learn and develop their full personal potential. Our competent and experienced staff encourages the students to instil confidence and self-awareness through self-reflection.

Aptitude required:

Every body structure is different and so are their requirements. So the student must be willing to be a good listener so that he/she can convince and assure the client that their problems would be taken care of. Another important aspect is level of motivation. The students will have to learn to keep their motivation level high so that they are able to work hard and provide quality Yoga classes to their clients. This course is meant for persons deeply interested in 'Yoga way of life' desirous of specialising in one or more yoga practices.
